Our Vision

Athletic Institute has helped me with my confidence not only as an athlete but a person. Every single coach and athlete brings a different dynamic to the gym making it an enjoyable environment. AI has catered to my individual needs as a short athlete by focusing on things like my vertical leap, explosive movement and core strength. Over the past 5 years AI has moulded me into the athlete I am today. I couldn’t have done it without them.

I’ve been training at AI for the past 5 years, and the support and dedication you receive from all the coaches/staff is what sets it apart from other gyms. During this time, I have been able to achieve a lot of my strength and mental goals making me a better athlete and more importantly a better person. I’m grateful for everything AI has done for me as an athlete during my football career thus far, and I can’t thank the team enough!

Success at AI is always the number one priority. Corey and his team are extremely passionate when it comes to making their athletes the best they can possibly be. The knowledge Corey has on strength, mobility, fitness, and nutrition is unbelievable. I couldn’t have chosen a better coach and place to train!

Corey has been a massive influence in my process of getting drafted and playing my first AFL game. I Approached Corey with the desire to engage with someone who was as obsessed and calculated about development as I was. Corey was incredible about his approach to my strength and conditioning program, tailoring it to my needs specifically relating to my strengths and weaknesses.
