ACL PERFORMANCE & RETURN TO PLAY PROGRAM

STRONGER.

FASTER.

CONFIDENT.

The most comprehensive ACL rehabilitation program in Perth - a 12-month, evidence-based membership that brings our entire performance and allied health team together under one roof.

Recovery is about more than returning to sport.

It takes a coordinated team, a structured plan, expert guidance and objective testing to come back stronger, more resilient and confident in your body.

Our ACL Performance & Return to Play Program guides you from the earliest stages of recovery through to full return to sport - across physical recovery, performance, injury prevention, nutrition, mental wellbeing and return-to-play testing.

Your recovery in phases.

We don’t guess. We measure.

Throughout the program you'll complete comprehensive testing with our Physiotherapy team at Physio Revolution & our Senior S&C Coaches - objective data that guides progression, confirms readiness and reduces re-injury risk.

Strength & Power Programs - Day 1 until your Return

Every strength and rehabilitation session is individually planned and delivered straight to your phone. Every exercise includes demonstration videos, coaching cues, performance targets, and load tracking, so you'll always know exactly what to do and how you're progressing. No handwritten exercise sheets. No guessing. Just a structured plan designed to get you back performing at your best.

An ACL injury doesn't mean your training stops—it simply changes. We'll focus on what you can do, maintaining your strength, fitness, and athleticism through alternative training methods while supporting your confidence, motivation, and mental wellbeing throughout the recovery journey.

One of the biggest mistakes we see is athletes neglecting the early stages of rehabilitation, particularly failing to train the non-injured leg. Because the strength of your uninjured leg is commonly used as the benchmark for returning to running and sport, allowing it to become weaker creates a false sense of progress and may delay a safe return to performance.
