Our private Coaching at Athletic Institute delivers a personalised high-performance training experience tailored to the individual athlete or individual.

Led by our experienced coaching team, sessions focus on strength, speed, power, movement quality, injury reduction, and sport-specific performance through structured one-on-one coaching designed to maximise long-term athletic development and results.

Before beginning your journey with us, all new athletes and individuals will need to undergo a basic 60-minute initial consult and screening session. For high performing athletes we recommend our 90-minute advanced performance testing and screening session, which dives deeper into performance metrics using our state of the art testing equipment.
